6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy on the initial product only (Unseen and Unkissed: Escape Roommate Mode with The Marriage Spark Kit). If you are not completely satisfied, email us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund on the base kit, subject to the conditions noted below.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if you request it on the same day of purchase without implementing it and seeing the results for yourself. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide constructive feedback explaining what specifically didn't meet their expectations.

Valid reasons do NOT include: "This doesn't apply to me," "This wasn't what I expected or what looking for," or "I'm dissatisfied" or asking for a refund just because we have a money-back guarantee. This policy is in place to protect our products and prevent potential misuse.

This refund does not apply to any upsells, bonuses, or add-on / order bump products purchased during the checkout process. Because these are digital products delivered instantly and in full, all upsell sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal outside of this stated refund policy. In accordance with U.S. and international digital content regulations (including the EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been delivered.
